PUMPKIN MUFFINS

PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Combine:

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves

Mix:

1 egg, beaten with
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 can pumpkin

Blend until well mixed. Half fill greased muffin pans and bake at 350°F degrees until tops are golden.

Will keep in refrigerator uncooked for several days.
