INGREDIENTS:
600 g hokkien noodles
500 g chicken thigh fillets, sliced thinly
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
2 tbsp ketjap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1/4 cup spring onions freshly chopped
METHOD:
Rinse noodles under hot water; drain. Transfer to large bowl;
separate noodles with fork.
Cook chicken and sweet chilli sauce in large heated oiled frying pan,
stirring, until chicken is browned well and cooked through. Add
noodles, ketjap manis and 1/2 cup (125 ml) water; cook, stirring,
until heated through.
Remove pan from heat; toss through chopped spring onion.
