Dry Rub for Chicken, Ribs, or Brisket

1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground oregano
4 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon salt

Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Rub mixture into the meat, wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Store leftover mixture in an airtight jar or in freezer.
