Yesterday's Roast Beef Stroganoff
2 cups diced cooked beef
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1-1/2 cup Burgundy wine
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
parsley or chives, chopped
hot cooked rice or noodles
Drain mushrooms into a measuring cup and add water to make 1/2 cup of
liquid. Combine with beef, wine, onion, paprika, garlic powder and salt.
Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes. Blend in sour cream and herbs and
