Cranberry Pork Roast (CrockPot)

Cranberry Pork Roast

This sweet crock pot roast is an ideal holiday dinner. Cranberries, anyone?

3 to 4 lb. pork roast
Salt and pepper
1 cup fresh cranberries, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper.

Place in slow cooking crockpot.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover.

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
